Released at cask strength, just sixty bottles of this deliciously elegant peated dram from Islay’s most lamented lost distillery will be available to Whisky Show visitors.

The Whisky Show is delighted to announce this exclusive malt bottled specially for this year’s event – a 1966 single malt from ‘Probably Speyside’s Finest Distillery’. Bottled by exhibitors Douglas Laing to help us celebrate The Whisky Show 2009, this 43 year-old Speysider hails from one of the best-loved distilleries in Scotland, under family ownership since 1865. The whisky is from a single Oloroso sherry cask and has been bottled at cask strength.
