We have managed to confirm several delicious food and whisky pairings for The Whisky Show!
Visitors to the Show will be able to sample a range of fine drams combined with delicious food.  A splendid selection of cheeses, smoked salmon, haggis, smoked meats and, of course, chocolates will be matched with some brilliant whiskies from the likes of Glenlivet, Dalmore, Auchentoshan and Glenrothes – and best of all, it’s all included in the ticket price!
 
Wooleys of Arran
Nestling in the sleepy village of Blackwaterfoot on Arran ’s west coast, this modern creamery has been converted from a former milking shed in the heart of the dairying area of the island. Bellevue Creamery produces the award winning Arran Blue; Arran Mist Scottish Brie and Arran Camembert, all made from locally sourced pasteurised cow’s milk. 		Connage Highland dairy
Connage Highland Dairy is a family owned farming/cheese making business located on the shores of the Moray Firth in the Highlands of Scotland. Our multi award winning products made from our organic milk, are excellent quality, handmade, vegetarian, distinctive and with a wonderful range of complex flavours. 		Gourmet’s Choice
Gourmet’s Choice was founded over 100 years ago and the company is still owned and managed by the fifth generation of the Sutherland family.  Based in North Aberdeenshire , the art of curing and smoking salmon has been honed by the family for many years.  The sustainable salmon are dry cured with sea salt and smoked over whisky cask shavings in a traditional slow burning kiln.

Edinburgh-based Coco Chocolate specialise in fine organic chocolate, with innovative flavour combinations including Rose & Black Pepper and beautiful design and packaging. The team at Coco have been working closely with The Dalmore to produce a range of exquisite whisky and chocolate pairings, with the two companys’ handcrafted products forming a perfectly complimentary luxury match.
